Our Mission

The mission of The Women’s Network at Baylor is to equip women with the resources, support, and confidence they need to successfully transition from college to career. Through workshops on résumé writing, LinkedIn building, and professional development, we aim to help members feel prepared and empowered for life after graduation. No matter their major or career goals, TWN connects students with industry leaders across fields—fostering mentorship, opportunity, and a strong community of ambitious women.

Ashley Ehler

Ashley Ehler founded the Baylor University chapter of The Women’s Network to create a space where driven, ambitious women could connect, grow, and feel empowered in both their personal and professional lives. With a passion for leadership and building community, she launched the chapter from the ground up—spearheading recruitment, organizing impactful events, and setting the foundation for a supportive network that will thrive for years to come.
